Accessories

Accessories are used to augment your character, typically in a minor fashion such as providing small stat boosts or elemental resistances. You can equip two accessories but only one of each kind. These occupy the fifth and sixth equipment slots.

Whatever that range was, it isn't here, as the thing is constantly triggering randomly, and it's made for pets, so honestly, this probably doesn't have any use for you.

Skyburn Metal Grants Skill:
Burn Up

Upon going Airborne:
Gain Flaming Wings LV UL. When your Airborne ends, the wings explode into fire, dealing unresistable Fire damage equal to its LV to all enemies within 3 Range.
10 ★ Level 56+ Wings of Fire Feathers from a firey bird held together with a golden pin. Like a bird, they belong in the air.
Small Sun Metal

[Familiar]

Sunshine:

Reduces the LV of any Frozen status you are suffering from by 100.

1 ★ Mage's Guild [Karaten] This sun is a mass of incandescent gas which is pleasantly warm. So warm, in fact, that it kind of makes other 'hot' things seem not so hot. It might also help melt you instantly if you get frozen, provided it gets big enough. and the gravity it generates is enough to pull in some items you might miss. You never thought a sun could be so cool.
Snake-Faced Helm Metal

Negates enemy's item effects that inflict Stun on you.

Spirit Jar Metal On Defeat Enemy: Grants a Stored Spirit, up to a maximum of UL. (Upon being defeated, all Stored Spirits are lost.)

10 ★ Level 56+ Corpse Hand Previously owned by a warlord of hell with a desire to eat the essence of his enemies, this spirit jar can trap spirits (or something like them) inside, which can be used in a healing nature on the owner. Of course, the 'spirits' aren't there by choice, and will flee the first chance they get.
Spirit Mirror Metal Reflects the first enemy projectile that hits you. 5 ★ BDPs An enchanted spiritual mirror that wards off dangerous magic.
Snowflake Pendant Metal + 5 Ice ATK 8 ★ BDPs

Armor

Armor is fairly self explanatory, it occupies the second slot of your equipment and provides fairly large bonuses to your defensive capabilities. They come in three categories. Unarmored, Light Armor and Heavy Armor. Furthermore, all of them have 4 main statistics:

  • - Armor which reduces the physical damage you take equal to it.
  • - Magic Armor which reduces magical damage you take equal to it.
  • - Evade which grants a bonus to your nat Evade (or reduces, if negative).
  • - Weight which determines how much Battle Weight it will require to equip and determines the effectiveness of some skills.


Unarmored

Unarmored-type of Armor typically has little to no Weight,provides large bonuses to Evade, but has very low Armor and below average Magic Armor, making it not reliable if you cannot Dodge. It tends to benefit classes like Mage, Duelist and Martial Artist and its promotions often. It is usually made of Cloth.

Evasion value for Unarmored is 30% damage reduction.

Heavy Armor

Heavy Armor-type of Armor has a lot of Weight,provides almost no Evade, but provides a large bonus to Armor and less than average to Magic Armor. It offers great protection, but at the cost of your Evade and Magic Defenses. While wielding Heavy Armor, you will also gain a special walking sound effect. The only class who benefit from it is Black Knight, but it can be used with about any character who is not willing to invest in CEL.

It's mainly Iron, to nobody's suprise.

9 ★ BDPs The heavy armor of a wyvern rider is thick and specially made to fend off shots from bows. However, since it's meant to be worn on the back of a wyvern, it's prohibitively heavy.

Hands

Hand equipment, much like Accessories, generally provide minor benefits such as increased stats or unique effects that can also be further improved by enchanting hand-slot catalysts that go in them.

You may equip them in the third slot, but you can also opt to use a sub-Weapon instead for this slot.

When upgraded, it grants a bonus to Hit to your Main Weapon and a bonus to Max FP.

Bands of Skill Cloth + 10 FP 3 ★ BDPs A pair of cloth bands which raise the focus of the wearer, making them popular amongst magicians and martial artists.
Bands of the Boar Cloth + 1-4 STR 4 ★ BDPs As a colleague of both Aretia Lutga and Caren Korough, the card magician Nicoli Dumata created these bands to make a statement to the both of them. While the bands make the person who wears them stronger, it was a message to the two about how pig-headed they were handling their rivalry. Still, they eventually became popular amongst adventurers.
Bands of the Cat Cloth + 1-4 CEL 4 ★ BDPs Made as an experiment by the well-known Grimalkin enchanter Aretia Lutga, these bands increase the wearer's agility, making them more cat-like. Eventually, due to popularity, many were produced, and it spawned several similar styles.

4 ★ BDPs A collaboration between 'Fist Mage' Nen Grander and magical beast biologist Kalnal Sulet. These wristbands grant the perceived properties of the crocodile's intelligence, as noted by Kalnal, and its toughness, as testified by Nen, saying it was the third hardest thing he's ever punched.
Bands of the Hawk Cloth + 1-4 SKI 4 ★ BDPs Aretia Lutga's long-time rival as one of the few Kaelensia mages, Caren Korough, created these bands after seeing what Aretia's Bands of the Cat were capable of. Though, these bands, which grant superior eye-sight and accuracy, are made more in the image of Caren's ancestors than her rival's.
Bands of the Wyvern Cloth + 1-4 VIT 4 ★ BDPs After Aretia Lutga's 'Bands of the Cat' became popular, many similar bands were created by Karaten mages. 'Fist Mage' Nen Grander's spin were these fortitude-increasing bands, with the creator saying that the hardest thing he'd ever hit was a wyvern.

This effect can only trigger once per enemy per Move. 10 ★ Level 56+ Jammer Epsilon These leg bells are tied to the dokuneko, at least in myth. They spread poison, and so the deep, distinct tone of the bell is supposed to warn common folk that they are in danger. Weapons

Weapons are perhaps the most important equipment choice for your character, they contribute greatly to your offensive capabilities. They occupy the first (and optionally) the third slots.

Weapons come with certain statistics, Power which determines the additional damage it will do with Attacks and related Offensive Skills, Critical Chance which increases the likelihood of attacks dealing Critical Hits for added damage, Critical Damage which determines the base amount of extra damage dealt on a Critical Hit, Accuracy which greatly affects the likelihood of the attack connecting and Weight which determines how much Battle Weight is needed to equip the weapon with no overweight penalties, as well as influencing a few Skills.

They also have Scaled Weapon Attack which dictates the damage it will do, this is determined by the combination of the weapon's Power and 1.5x of the weapon's Scaling. The base scaling is determined by the weapon type: Axes, Bows, Fists, Polearms and Swords have a base scaling of 100% STR, Tomes and certain Staves have a base scaling of 100% WIL and Daggers and Guns have a base scaling of 100% GUI.

These are also modified by Scaling Tags which reduce the base scaling amount and typically add scaling with another stat. Weapons can sometimes have multiple scaling tags.
