Targets 1 of your summoned Youkai (who is not Installed with a Youkai) within 5 Range and installs them with your Installed Youkai, restoring their HP by X% of their maximum HP (based on Rank). You gain Lockout for the Youkai you transferred for 3 rounds, which prevents you from summoning them.
