The simplest way to win, in any scenario where victory is a possibility, is to exploit your enemy's weakness, and step one is to actually learn what it is. Targets an enemy within 3 Range and Analyzes them. You can only Analyze one enemy at a time. When Analyzed, the enemy will suffer increased damage from all party members. The duration of Analyze is (1+ Tactic Ranks) rounds. If your Tactics Rank A or better, you will also call out all of that enemy's elemental weaknesses, if any exist.
